The Process:

After the payment is processed, we will send you an email to find out the specifics of the pendant such as the type of bail, plating or stone colors, and details regarding the artwork/logo. The artwork can be either hand-drawn or sent as a digital image.

We'll review the specifications and send you a digital 3D mockup of the item for your confirmation. We can make any revisions as necessary during this stage.

Once the design is approved, the item will go into production and no more changes can be made to your order. We will contact you once the item is ready to ship.

Custom pendants are hand crafted by our professional jewelers and will take 4 to 6 weeks to make from the time we start production. There are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for custom jewelry. Discount codes cannot be used for custom jeweler orders.

If you have a very complex or unique design, or would like a larger size please contact us first. Difficult and complex designs that require more time and labor to produce may result in extra charges. If we cannot make your design or request for any reason, we will issue a refund.
